Invitation to Bid - Utah Lakeshore Trail - Amanda Lane Segment Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the UTAH LAKESHORE TRAIL - AMANDA LANE SEGMENT according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER - CONSOR NORTH AMERICA, INC., and described in general as: Schedule A - Utah Lakeshore Trail - Amanda Lane Segment Improvements: - Shared-use unpaved trail - approximately 0.7 miles (3,700 linear feet). - Surface ditch along portions of the trail. - Drainage pipe - approximately 200 feet - Trail signage. BIDS DUE Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER until 2:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025. Bids may only be submitted through the SciQuest bidding site/Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah A virtual meeting will be held one hour after the bids are received where the bid results are shared. Bid results will also be posted to the U3P web site. VIRTUAL BID OPENING MEETING INFORMATION The bid opening meeting for the City of Saratoga Springs UTAH LAKESHORE TRAIL - AMANDA LANE SEGMENT will be held virtually through Zoom software on January 28, 2025, at 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm. This meeting will allow any user to join the meeting as long as they have internet access and a compatible web browser, or a phone. Bidders should attempt to connect at least 10 minutes before the meeting to ensure they can access the meeting. Preliminary results will be read aloud. An apparent low bidder will be announced. After this, the City will review the bids for accuracy to ensure bidders have met all requirements.
