- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to accept comments regarding the proposed amendments to Holladay Ordinances 13.100.010: Table of Allowed Uses and 13.04: Definitions. The proposed amendment would amend Title 13 of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations by proposing to 1) define home based microschools and micro-education entities according to the State of Utah definition and 2) allow home-based microschools and micro-education entities in all zones, as required by Utah State Code ยง17-27a-304. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours. The public can watch the live video stream of the meeting remotely at https://cityofholladay.com/government/agendas_and_minutes.php. To make a public comment or to comment during any public hearing, please choose one of the following options: 1. Attend in person at Holladay City Hall. 2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the meeting date to jteerlink@holladayut.gov or call 801-527-3890. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
