- PLEASANT GROVE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider the request of Bruce Black for a Vicinity Plan Amendment located at approximately 1592 West 1800 North in the Rural Residential (R-R) Zone. The applicant is proposing a change to the layout of planned roads within the current Vicinity Plan for the area. A change in the planned road layout of the Vicinity Plan includes a proposal to eliminate the requirement for a connection from West 1800 North to West 1930 North. Public Hearing to consider the request from Harley Construction for a vicinity plan amendment on 12.63 acres, located at approximately 85 East 2430 North in the Rural Residential (RR) Zone.
