Old Business Action Items: from 12/14/2024
We had no attendees for the Public Hearing on 12/14/24 so we will delve into the actual Budget Planning now.
New Business Items
1. Karen - Request a motion to open our rescheduled Budget Meeting.
2. Kent to open discussion for action to approve the budget for fiscal year 2025:
Read Current Operating Budget Categories from 2024- get input from current board members for increases or decreases
Reveal requirements based on meeting with Auditor Caleb Rees on Jan 6th
Discuss Capital Budget requirements
3. Karen to ask the board for a VOTE to APPROVE our Final 2025 Budget.
4. Karen - Request a motion to close this portion of the meeting.
