4. Kastle Court /Preliminary Approval (John Money) - Discuss and Possibly Grant Preliminary Approval for a 7-lot Subdivision to be known as Kastle Court Subdivision, Located at approx. 800 North Pine Canyon Road
5. Organization of the Board for 2025 & Approve Meeting Schedule - Appoint a Chairman & Vice-Chairman for the 2025 Board, Appoint a Board Member to the HVSSD Board and Discuss and Approve a 2025 Meeting Schedule
