PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Office Building at 734 North Center Street in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following:

- Discussion & Consideration of Minutes of December 11, 2024
- Discussion & Consideration of Minutes from December 11, 2024, Public Hearing
- Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline
- Discussion & Consideration of a Change Order on The Utahn Tank and Pipeline Project
- Discussion of New Website & Email Addresses
- Discussion & Consideration of Policy Changes
- Updates from District Manager

- Consideration of Updated Items from District Manager
- Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc.
- Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to discuss:

2. Collective Bargaining.
3. Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation.
