3. Accessory Dwelling Unit Resource Toolkit RFP - Housing Trust Fund Manager will provide RFP
updates
4. HOME Request for Applications - HTF Advisory Board is being requested to provide a funding
recommendation for the HOME New Development RFA
- HTF Advisory Board Members will review prior to meeting on 1/9/2025
- Advisory Bord, HTF staff, & HCD staff will discuss applications in order to provide funding
recommendation(s) to HOME Consortium
5. Other Business
- HTF staff to provide future planning details with HTF Advisory Board
- HTF Advisory Board Member updates for SLCo Board Coordination (Michelle Hicks)
