NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two (2) public hearings on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of each of the hearings is to accept public comments on the following applications:
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider creating a new 2-lot subdivision of .94 acres at 1919 E. Baywood Dr. The proposed subdivision would re-establish a property line between two lots that were previously combined into one lot. The 1919 E. Baywood lot would meet the minimum lot size of .50 acres in its zone, R-1-21. Access for only that lot would come from Baywood Drive. The second lot would consist of the remaining area and be addressed and accessed from Highland Dr.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a new 9-lot subdivision at 4821 S. 1741 E. in the Residential Multi-family (R-M) zone. The proposed subdivision is intended to create individually owned property for each townhome unit. The total number of units are in accordance with regulations of the R-M zone and is in accordance to site plan approvals made by the Planning Commission on October 1, 2024
The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.

1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall.
