STARTING BID
- The minimum bid for both lots together is $95,607.

DEADLINE
- Bids must be received no later than Thursday, March 20, 2025 by 3:00pm.
o Any bids submitted after this date will not be considered.

- All bids are binding, and the sale will be awarded to the highest qualified bidder.
- The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
- The District will not carry financing. Earnest money must be received within 10 days of awarding the
bid. Closing of sale must be complete within 45 days of awarding the bid.
