PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lewiston, UT Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Lewiston City, Clubroom, 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT 84320.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Welcome/Role Call
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Review/Approval of Meeting Minutes
4. PUBLIC HEARING:
a. Title 11, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, of the CITY CODE OF LEWISTON, UT UPDATES. - The City is proposing various amendments to the Subdivision Regulations Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.

ii. Motion/Second then Vote to open the Public Hearing
iii. Call to the public for comments (Note: Public should state name clearly for the record. If no public is present for comments, the Planning Commission can move to the next step.)

2. Recommend approval to the City Council of Title 11, LEWISTON CITY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE as presented with the following modifications.
a. Draft 4 - Text Amendment; added new content related to the simple lot subdivision exemption.
b. Ability for Hansen Planning to refine the draft with non-substantive edits such as numbering, formatting, etc.; OR
3. Recommend denial to the City Council of Title 11, LEWISTON CITY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE Updates as presented with reasons therefore.
