- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate/view the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the Lunaria Springs Annexation that includes Utah County Parcel(s) 30:030:0010, 30:030:0059, and 30:033:0047 located at approximately 1500 East and 100 South on 16.229 acres. The applicant is requesting the R-1-7.5 Residential zoning upon annexation.
