Public Notice
The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District and the 2025 Budget Hearing and 2024 Budget Adjustments will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Abatement District office located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah.

6. Opening and adoption of the current 2024 General Fund budget and Capital Projects Fund for final line-item adjustments to the Revenues and Expenditures and Totals.
7. Budget Hearing - Adoption of 2025 Budget by way of resolution.

12. Approval to authorize Uintah County Treasurer to direct deposit funds from the Tax Collection Fund into Uintah Mosquito Abatement District's PTIF Account.
13. Increasing Credit card limits.
14. Online banking access for credit card holders.
15. Proposed changes to the Purchasing Policy - Small Purchases Limit.
16. Proposed changes to the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual - Uniform Purchasing.
17. Board member appointments update.
18. Discussion of new office building, possibility of a new location for the entire facility, and potential sale of both the Vernal facility and Ballard facility.
19. Manager's Report/General operational discussion
