Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, December 12, 2024, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider:
1. Consideration of a Home Occupation Permit to operate a once-weekly educational class within the existing dwelling located at 135 East Magnolia Lane in the PRC-6 Zone.
2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code (MCC) Section 18.84 - Supplementary Regulations.
The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting.
