Overview
Ephraim City is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of 10-12
pickleball courts. The project will include laying cement, installing nets and fencing, and
painting lines according to specifications.
Project requirements
Ephraim City is seeking to construct it's first Pickleball facility. This project will include all
activities to purchase and install items below or similar items that could also be used to
meet ADA compliance.
Site Preparation and Cement Work
Excavation, grading, and preparation of the site.
Laying of cement surface suitable for six pickleball courts with required sub-base
and compaction.
Installation of Nets and Fencing
Installation of durable pickleball nets and posts, securely anchored to withstand
frequent use.
Installation of perimeter fencing with appropriate gates to enclose all six courts.
Painting and Line Marking
Painting of playing lines on each court according to official pickleball court
dimensions and standards.
Application of slip-resistant coating on all court surfaces.
