PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session On November 20, 2024 @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah Agenda Call to Order Roll Call Prayer / Pledge Of Allegiance General Public Comment (2-minute limit per person): Comments are for any matter not on the agenda and not related to a pending land use application. Reports Sheriff's Department Update. Planning Commission Update: Review the timeline and process for the ADU, Subdivision, Soil Ordinance, and General Plan. Consent Items The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. Vote to approve the Public Hearing/Regular Session minutes on October 16, 2024. Vote to approve the Joint City Session minutes on October 29, 2024. Vote to approve the Work Session minutes on October 30, 2024. Vote to approve the Fairfield Town financials for the month ending August 31, 2024 Vote to approve the Fairfield Town financials for the month ending September 30, 2024. Vote to approve the Fairfield Town financials for the month ending October 31, 2024 Review next year's Town Council meeting schedule. Resolution Vote to approve R2024-24 A Resolution Of The Town Council (The 'Council') Of Fairfield Town, Utah (The 'Town') Declaring The Town's Intention To Reimburse Itself For Expenditures Incurred In Connection With Financing All Or A Portion Of The Costs Of The Acquisition, Construction, Installation, And Equipping Of Improvements To The Town's Water System, Including A Waterline, And All Related Improvements, With Proceeds Of Bonds That It Intends To Issue; And Related Matters. Business Items The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: Barrick Mercur Mine presentation (10 minutes) Discussion with Darwin Bundy regarding the greenhouses being built on his property. (10min) Discuss and vote on the width of Allen's Ranch Road. Discussion on the Christmas Event. Ordinance No. 2024-10, An Ordinance Of Fairfield Town, Utah, Enacting Fairfield Town Code § 5.4 Relating To The Town's Land Disturbance Ordinance. Old or New Business Closed Session Possible motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
