DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. November 13, 2024
2. Zone Change & Preliminary Plat
A. BLUNCK ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-R to I-1 to allow for the potential development of industrial office buildings to be located at 999 West 3800 North.
B. MELLOR ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from A-E to R-1-12 with the Master Planned Development Overlay for a property located at 2350 East 400 North.
C. MELLOR SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves the approval of a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development to allow for 13 single-family lots to be developed at 2350 East 400 North.
D. CANYON COURT URBAN. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-3 & C-2 to C-2 & R-4 to allow for the development of a mix of multi-family units and commercial spaces to be located at approximately 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
E. CANYON COURT URBAN. This proposal includes the approval of a Preliminary Plat with the Master Planned Development for 8 multi-family lots to be located at approximately 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
3. Title 15 Amendment
A. TITLE 15 OLD DOMINION. This proposal would amend the City's fencing requirements.
B. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. This proposal involves various updated being made to Municipal Code Title 15 Land Use.
4. Concept Review
A. CHRIS WALL CONCEPT.
B. CABINET FACTORY CONCEPT.
