HEARING on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the
Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments.
- Regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code, Chapter 18
Subdivisions. Specifically, to reflect the changes to the Utah State Code.

- To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for a Simple Lot Subdivision located approximately 725 West 1030 South applicant David Gren to subdivide parcel F-7069-8-1.
7:20 P.M. DISCUSSION
- Terry Messersmith would like to discuss a zone amendment to the General and Highway Commercial zone to allow short-term rental cabins in RV Parks.
