- Woodland Hills City NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is a notice of a Public Hearing on December 10th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, to consider a zone change. TO ALL CITIZENS OF WOODLAND HILLS CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Woodland Hills City will hold a public hearing starting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, to consider an A-1 (Agriculture) to R1-19 (Residential) zone change for the following properties: Reed and Sally Nelson Serial # 29:063:0025 18.85 acres Reed and Sally Nelson Serial # 51:460:0001 9.918 acres Reed and Sally Nelson Serial #30:076:0066 19.87 acres Robert and Linda Nelson Serial #44:059:0003 5.25 acres All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard regarding the proposed zone changes.
