NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 12, 2024, the Town of Cedar Fort
Planning Commission will hold an open Public Hearing on the following items:
1) Cyle Vance (Cedar Valley Firearms) conditional use permit for home based
business, located at 11 East 200 North, Cedar Fort, Utah. Utah County Parcel
No.: 59:038:0204
The Cedar Fort Planning Commission will hear all persons in support of such matters or
objections thereto during a public hearing to be held at 6:00 P.M., at Town Hall, located
at 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort, Utah 84013. For those unable to attend in person
written comment must be received one business day prior to the hearing and be mailed
to the Town Office and addressed to the Planning Commission Chairmen or Cedar Fort
Mayor via email at the at the email address listed below.
