PLANNING MEETING AGENDA 75 West Center Street, Fillmore UT 84631 WEDNESDAY, November 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. 7:00 P.M. ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on October 9, 2024. - City Council report - Councilmember Alldredge. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - To receive public comments concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code, Article A: General Commercial Zone, which has removed animal rights provisions. However, the section regarding Private Stables was overlooked in this removal. - To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code, Title 3, Chapter 2, 'Alcoholic Beverages,' Section 3-2-3: Classifications of Licenses, to ensure compliance with Utah State Code 32B-1- 102(3), which defines alcoholic beverages. 7:10 P.M.
