Randy Browning is presenting deck plans and setbacks for approval for a building permit.
JR Brown is presenting deck plans and setbacks for Doug Olsen to get approval for a building permit.
Mark Green is requesting to amend his lot line. He owns both lots and would like to move the lot line to account for his carport. He is also presenting his carport plans and setbacks for approval for a building permit.
Doug Evens is presenting plans to adjust their lot line to account for a new house being built. Doug is also presenting house plans and setbacks for approval for a building permit.
Justin Von Eberstien is requesting a zone change from central development to commercial for his property at 455 Hwy 43.
A decision on what the recommendation on the overlay zone/density, to the Town Council will be for the Pinnacle.
