NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Electronic Participation Invited
The Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Offices located at 2580 North Highway 162, Suite D, Eden, Utah 84130. For electronic meeting access the meeting will be available on Teams. Those wishing to participate with video will need to request a meeting invite from the Board Chair, Robert Behunin, at rob.behunin@gmail.com, or it is possible to Dial in by phone +1 213-379-5544,,237268877# United States, Los Angeles, Phone conference ID: 237 268 877#. The District intends to impose fees for reserved use of services to be provided by the District including, without limitation, sanitary sewer service and culinary water service (the 'Reservation Fees'). The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the Reservation Fees
All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the proposed imposition of new fees.
The Reservation Fees are required to meet the initial operating expenses of the District before infrastructure for sanitary sewer and culinary water service is constructed and conveyed to the District. The amounts of the Reservation Fees will be evaluated each year and if an increase is needed in the future, the District will provide appropriate public notice and a public hearing.

After the public hearing is completed, the District Board of Trustees may adopt a resolution to impose the Reservation Fees, may adjust the amount of the fees, may decline to impose the fees, or table the matter for consideration at a later public meeting.
