ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on September 24, 2024. - City Council report - Councilmember Alldredge. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - 7:10 P.M. BUSINESS - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for a simple lot subdivision located at approximately 800 South Airway Drive in the Fillmore City Industrial Park, applicant Michael Zurn is to subdivide 19.55 acres into 4 parcels. Parcel F-FE-7340-6 - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for a simple lot subdivision located at approximately the north side of 100 North Road, east side of parcel F-389-2-3 at .18 acre in the Fillmore City Office Residential Zone, applicant Fillmore City is to subdivide one parcel into 2 parcels. - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for a simple lot subdivision located at approximately the south side of 100 North Road, east side of parcel F-383 at .22 acre in the Fillmore City Office Residential Zone, applicant Fillmore City is to subdivide one parcel into 2 parcels. 7:20 P.M. DISCUSSION - October 9, 2024 Stuart Bailey, Chairman PUBLIC MEETING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - Regarding a simple lot subdivision located at approximately 800 South Airway Drive in the Fillmore City Industrial Park, applicant Michael Zurn is to subdivide 19.55 acres into 4 parcels. - Regarding a simple lot subdivision located at approximately the northwest corner of 100 East and 100 North Road parcel F-384-2-3 applicant Fillmore City is to create one lot into two lots. - Regarding a simple lot subdivision located at approximately the south side of 100 East and 100 North Road parcel F-383 applicant Fillmore City is to create one lot into two lots.
