NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING October 28, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Annabella Town Council Chambers, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to accept comments on proposed amendments to Annabella's Land Management and Development Code. The Town is proposing several amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to improve clarity/correctness, and ensure consistency with current State requirements regarding land use review, approval processes, and subdivision platting requirements.
