The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision.
PC 24-037 William A. Burnard Warming Center [Conditional Use Permit] Lindsey Harrelson/Corporation of the Episcopal Church of Utah, authorized agent/owner are requesting a conditional use permit to operate a warming center to shelter unhoused persons beginning the last week of November through mid-April, between the hours of 7 pm to 8 am within the St. John's Episcopal Church located at 85 East 100 North in the Town Center One (TC-1) zone; TIN 06-018-0037; 0001 (Adams Neighborhood).
PC 24-038 West Meadows Subdivision Resubmittal [Subdivision Permit] Clark Rigby/Northwest 17, LLC, authorized agent/owner are requesting to subdivide approximately 17.57 acres into 57 single-family lots located at approximately 550 West 1800 North in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 04-079-0016 (Bridger Neighborhood).
PC 24-039 Light & Power Substation 7 Addition [Conditional Use & Design Review Permit] Mark Montgomery/Logan City, authorized agent/owner are requesting a design review and conditional use permit for a new 7,072 SF steel warehouse building that will house four 2.5mw natural gas generators and related equipment, located at 810 West 1800 North in the Industrial (IP) zone; TIN

PC 24-040 LDC Amendment Chapter 17.62-Definitions [Code Amendment] Mike DeSimone/Logan City are requesting a code amendment to modify the definition of behavioral and mental health receiving center to include a provision for supportive housing on a Behavioral and Mental Health Receiving Center Campus.
