CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - August 20, 2024 regular meeting D. LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT (PUBLIC HEARING) 1. Steven Bateman - Proposed Utah County Land Use Ordinance text amendment to Section 12.48 and any other applicable section to include a Biogas Processing Facility and RNG conveyance systems as a permitted use in the Agricultural (A-40) Zone E. ZONE MAP AMENDMENT 1. Steven Bateman - Proposed amendment of the Official Utah County Zone Map from the Residential Agricultural (RA-5) Zone to the Agricultural (A-40) Zone for property (approximately 306 acres) located in Section 29, T8S R1W, Mosida area of unincorporated Utah County F. OTHER BUSINESS G.
