PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Commission Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows:

6. Public Meeting/Discussion/ Decision -Eggett Ranch Small Subdivision Preliminary and
Final Plat- A request for Preliminary and Final Plat approval for the Eggett Ranch Small Subdivision identified by parcel number 00-0071-5333 and serial number 01-003-365-01-2 and is approximately located at 306 W Woods Creek Rd in Porterville.
7. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision - Pioneer Ranch CUP- A request for approval of a conditional use permit (C2) required for a private recreational camp or resort in Multiple Use (MU-160) and Forestry (F-1) zones, identified by parcel number 00-0000-00180 and serial number 01-001-008, and is approximately located at 12500 South Jeremy Ranch Road near Porterville.
8. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision -Platt Plat Amendment- A request for approval of an amendment to lot 2 of the J & L Subdivision to adjust the lot line between an adjacent parcel and lot 2, which is identified by parcel number 00-0056-3989 and serial number 01-JL1-0002 and is approximately located at 4410 South Highway 66 near Porterville.

Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision -WPR Concept Plan 3- A request for approval of a concept plan of eight (8) lots at the Wasatch Peaks Ranch (WPR) property identified by parcel number 00-0001-2003 and serial number 12-004-024 and is approximately located at 5086 West Wasatch Peaks Road in unincorporated Morgan County.

10. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision-Cottonwoods Development Agreement
Amendment - A request for approval of an amendment to the Cottonwoods Development Agreement to remove specific properties from the bounds of the land specified in the development agreement, effectively reverting it from a lot within the Cottonwoods Development back to a parcel within the county.
11. Public Hearing/ Discussion/Decision- Highway Commercial District Code Text
Amendment- A request to approve amendments to the Morgan County Code, specifically sections 155.132: Use Regulations and 155.133: Height Regulations, to include Public Facilities, Public Services Facilities, Quasi-Public Facilities and Services, and government-operated essential service facilities as permitted uses in the Commercial Highway ('CH') District.
