Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Title 15 Amendments: - Title 15 Amendments: This proposal is for various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use. - Title 15 Amendments: This proposal is for various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use. Zone Change: - Hardy Zone Change: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from R-3 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for a four-plex to be built on the property located 167 North 100 West. - Zions Landing Zone Change & Preliminary Plat: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from A-E to R-1-6 and to approve a Preliminary Plat to allow for a residential development located at 1495 East 400 North. - Denali Zone Change & Conditional Use Permit: This proposal is to change the zoning from I-1 to I-2 and allow a Conditional Use Permit for a property located at 1764 North 300 West. Conditional Use Permit: - Kidstopia: This proposal is to allow for a Conditional Use Permit for a property located at 859 East 1950 North. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
