ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on August 27, 2024. - City Council report - Councilmember Alldredge. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - To receive public comment concerning the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 9 Industrial District to allow storage shipping containers for a storage facility. - To receive public comment concerning a minor lot subdivision located at approximately 210 West 200 South for Brandon Bartholomew to create 5 total lots. - To receive public comment concerning the Planning Commission's advisory and support letter for economic development in Fillmore City through the Rural County Opportunity Grant. 7:10 P.M.
