DAGGETT COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH @ 6:00 P.M. 95 N 1ST W COMMISSION CHAMBERS MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION: Update on Anthony Holland to remove the emergency turn around on property located at 168-B, Discussion on attached letter from EMS Steve Santaquist is seeking to combine his lots in Taylor Flats. He is seeking to combine Parcel #'s 02-0047-74 02-0047-75 02-0047-76 02-0047-77 02-0047-78 02-0047-79 02-0047-80 02-0047-81 02-0047-82 02-0047-83 02-0047-84 02-0047-85 02-0047-86 02-0047-87 02-0047-88 02-0047-89 02-0047-90 02-0047-91 Donnie and Meri Greenhood have submitted full plans with intent to put a dwelling located at 153 N. Bear Paw lane. Consideration on the approval of Eagle Creek Ranch (Bret Reynolds) for a rezone of parcel #03-0015-0082-2 and parcel # 03-0015-0822-3. These Parcels are currently Zoned MU- 40 and Bret Reynolds is seeking for these two parcels to be rezoned R-R-1/2 making lots consistent with the General Plan.Letters were sent to contingent land owners, and there was no comment via letters. Eagle Creek Ranch Road Public Notice is hereby given by Daggett County Planning and Zoning Commission for September 17th at 6:15 p.m. Regarding an application to amend the Eagles Landing Subdivision Plat. The proposal is to adjust the lot lines between parcel numbers # 01-0090-0294, #01-0090-0293, and # 01-0090-0292. Consideration of the approval to a Minor Subdivision for Matt Tippets and a rezone of Parcel # 01-0090-02266 to six single family lots. Matt is also seeking to rezone said property from AG-20-R-R-5. . Letters. were sent to contingent land owners, and there was no comment via letters, comment via letters.
