Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, September 26, 2024, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider:
1. Consideration of an amendment to Mapleton City Code section 18.82.090 regarding the minimum project size requirement for a Planned Residential Community (PRC) Zone.
2. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 3.1 acres located at 780 South Main Street from A-2 to RA-1, TDR-R.
The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting.
