NS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 3-5 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 The Boards of Trustees of the NS Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 and 3-5 will hold a Public Hearing at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the office of 1265 E Fort Union Blvd., Suite 302, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047, and via teleconference. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee D. Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
