Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, County Administration Building, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, on October 2, 2024 to conduct a public hearing on proposed amendments of the text of the Duchesne County Zoning Ordinance to establish an airport overlay zoning district to protect the Roosevelt Municipal Airport from incompatible uses, pursuant to House Bill 206, passed in the 2023 Utah General Legislative Session.
