WORK MEETING:
A. DISCUSSION
1. Assign Members for Workforce Housing Task Force
2. Results of vote for Pocketville Hollow name change
3. Review of CUP application from Virgin Town to convert LDS Church to a Town Hall.
4. Review of Contract with Rocky Mountain Power to remove street lights in Desert Gardens.
5. Review of proposed Development Agreement with the Halls (if received by time of meeting).
6. Review of proposed sign ordinance from Planning Commission (this might need to go back to Planning Commission due to some proposed changes by Planning Commissioners since the public hearing and sending to town council).
7. Does Virgin Town Council want to support (via resolution) Utah's US Supreme Court case seeking to have federal lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management turned over to the State of Utah? See attached resolution template prepared by American Lands Council.
8. Ratification of decision by Zion Regional Collaborative to award the Corridor Management Plan Update to Corridor Solutions. Virgin is a member of the Zion Regional Collaborative and is acting as a pass-through organization for them. As the pass-through organization, Virgin applied for and received a Technical Planning Assistance Grant from UDOT to prepare the Corridor Management Plan. As the pass-through organization Virgin needs to ratify the award decision of the Zion Regional Collaborative.
9. Review of next several sections of proposed rules of procedure for town council meetings.
