2024 General Election
According to the provisions of Utah code 63G-30-102 and 20A-5-405(1)(f),
- Notice is given to qualified persons residing within Duchesne County that the General Election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Notice is given of sample ballots for the 2024 General Election. Sample ballots can be found at: https://duchesne.utah.gov/gov/elected-officials/clerk-auditor/elections-home/whats-on-the-ballot/sampleballot/
- Notice is given that Duchesne County will publicly conduct a logic and accuracy test of the tabulating equipment used to count the ballots for the General Election on October 10 at 1:00 PM. The test will be conducted in the Duchesne County Administration Building, Conference Room #1. The test is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104 and 20A-3-201
- Notice is given of early voting dates and times as follows:
o October 22 - November 1, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
- Notice is given that Duchesne County will provide voting assistance and have an ADA approved voting equipment at Duchesne County Administration Building, Conference Room #1, (734 N Center Street, Duchesne) during early voting and on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024
- Notice is given that Duchesne County will provide voting assistance and have ADA-approved voting equipment at Crossroads Senior Center in Roosevelt (50 E 200 S, Roosevelt) on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Notice is given that Duchesne County Canvass of Election will be conducted on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
- Qualification to Vote: U.S. Citizen, resident of the State of Utah for over 30 days preceding the election, 18 years of age by November 5, 2024. To register to vote or to update information, visit vote.utah.gov.
- Ballots will be mailed out around October 15th, 2024.
