1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2024-15 a resolution opening and amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget
2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2024-16, which gives the city treasurer access to PTIF accounts.
3. Discussion and possible action to approve the preliminary plat for Cottonwood Hollow Phase 5, a 13-lot subdivision between 740 North and 1040 North
4. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for October 2, 2024, regarding the vacating and selling of surplus land
5. Discussion regarding Commercial Design guideline ordinance.
6. Discussion regarding amending the Tourist-Commercial zone.
