Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda Sept. 3, 2024 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of September 3, 2024 Agenda - Review and Adoption of August 8, 2024 Minutes (and any prior) - Approve Budget Expenditures since August 8, 2024 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. 2024-2025 SCAC Upcoming Season Events Orchestra: October 7, 2025, December 2, 2025 (cosponsored with Recreation Dept), 2 TBD) Jazz Band: September 11 'Stars, Stripes & Swing', Scare-a-cuse Pumpkin Walk Jr. Theatre: November 7-9 - Finding Nemo Jr. Theatre: July 2025, Addams Family Fundraisers: October 23 (?) Scare-a-cuse Bingo (?) Other: 4. 2025 Budget discussion with vote 5. Discussion and vote on 2025 Officers 6. Bingo fundraiser 7. Publicity: publicity as needed 8. Updates: UDOT/Storage & Fractured Atlas 9. Walk in items WORK SESSION 10. Committee/Board Member Updates/Discussion 11. Future Agenda Items 12.
