- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. Ordinance #2024-XX An ordinance of the Town of Virgin, Utah, providing that the Virgin Uniformed Land Use (VULU) Code be amended by revising Section 2.12 Definitions: Repealing Section 8.40 Outdoor Lighting; and adding a new chapter to be numbered Chapter 50 Outdoor Lighting. B. Ordinance #2024-XX Amending Chapter 42 closing Resort Zone to further expansion C. Ordinance #2024-XX Amending and Restating in its Entirety, Chapter 18 Virgin Uniformed Land Use (VULU) to establish Subdivision Regulations that meet the requirements established by the Utah State Code. D. CUP Application by Virgin Town requesting a change in use of the property located at 91S Mill Street from a church to a Public Building.
