NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via SciQuest until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, for the following project: Term Consultant Architectural Services, Job No. ONC24056. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on August 30, 2024, at or around 5pm. The documents can be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (SciQuest). Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. on September 12, 2024. Responses to questions will be issued via an addenda on SciQuest. The work will consist of providing design services for architectural projects. More detailed project information is provided in Document 01110. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the following information is provided, contact person: Fel Fano, Special Projects Assistant, City Engineer's Office.
