I. Public Hearing
a. Eric Winters requests Large Scale Master Plan approval for Jordan Bluffs Phase 3 located at 8090 S Seghini Drive in the Jordan Bluffs-4 (JB-4) zone. [Elizabeth Arnold, Senior Planner]

John Semnani requests Rezone approval for lots located at 58 W 7500 S and 7444 S State St from Single Family Residential-1 (SF-1) and State Street Commercial (SSC) to Multifamily Residential-Medium to High Density (RM-25) zone. Information regarding the proposed regulations, prohibitions, and permitted uses that the property will be subject to if the rezone is adopted can be found in Midvale City Code 17-7-4.
