IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION & COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action (recommendation) during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action (approval) at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 9, 2024 at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on a proposed 'Development Agreement between Iron County and BZI Innovation Park, LLC. - regarding the planned development of approximately 772 acres of undeveloped real property.' All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
