- Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the Oakley City Planning Department, in accordance with section 13-5-5 of the Oakley City Development Code, will be accepting comment regarding the following: Maple Ridge Ranches Subdivision Plat Amendment Affecting common boundary of Lot 15 (MRR-15) and Lot 16 (MRR-16) Proposed plat amendment adjusts the boundary between Maple Ridge Ranches lots 15 and 16. No other property affected. Proposed plat amendment includes lot 15 absorbing dwelling unit from lot 16. Proposed plat amendment has been approved by Maple Ridge Ranches HOA 7.24.2024. Applicants are Jon Wiberg and Wendi Whitmore. Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-2-E-2, public comment is welcome through August 30, 2024, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com or 435-783-0056. According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
