Notice of a Public Hearing
The City Council will hold a public hearing on August 22, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
Title 13 Amendments:
- Title 13 Amendments: This proposal is for various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 13 Utilities.
Zone Change:
- Butterfield Zone Change: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for a triplex to be built on the property located 587 East 500 North.
- Pacific Horizon Zone Change: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from Residential Office to General Commercial located at 1175 South Main Street.
- The Villas at Annie's Acres Zone Change: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from R-1-6 to R-1-6 with the Master Planned Development Overlay to allow for a residential development to be located at approximately 300 East 1100 South.
- Crumbl Zone Change: This proposal is to change the zoning of a property from C-2 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay to allow for the construction of a new retail building located at 658 North 900 East.
This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
