NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WOOD RANCH PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A HEARING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 4:00 pm.

1. Consider approval of the Meeting Minutes from May 22nd, 2024.
D. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the on the final adopted operating and capital budget for
calendar year 2024, approved on May 22, 2024.
E. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-06: A resolution of the board of trustees of
Wood Ranch Public Infrastructure District to approve the execution of a First
Amendment to the Assessment Ordinance to amend Section 1 to include a definition
of 'End User' and to amend Section 7(a) of the Assessment Ordinance to require that
a portion of Assessments be prepaid for parcels on or before the time of conveyance
of such parcel to an End User in the District's Assessment Ordinance dated as of
April 24, 2024.
2. Consider approval of the Engagement agreement between the District and Zions
Public Finance and authorize the District Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of the Engagement agreement with D.A. Davidson and
authorize the District Chair to sign.
4. Consider approval of both MSA and SOW agreement with CLA for Accounting
Services for 2024.
5. Consider approval of the 2024 Final budget.
