- NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On July 18, 2024, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance #24-07-02, establishing a temporary land use regulation for appropriate car wash locations and applicable regulatory standards, as allowed by State Code 10-9a-504. The complete ordinance is on file at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 19th day of July, 2024.
