Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Review and approval of Meeting Minutes from previous meeting.
3. Discussion on Board Vacancy

a. Art Events/ Needs for Old West Days, expenses so far $821.91
5. Report on Shows
a. Little Mermaid- attendance 2500+, expenses $17989.71
b. Silent Sky- attendance 33, 22, 18, 36, 23, 49, 63=244, expenses $4751.55
c. Cash on Delivery- attendance 40, 134, 45, 25, 110, 125, 97= 576
