NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR
A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed
3. Public comment
4. Consideration for approval of the April 11, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes
5. Board financial report on current expenses (Dave S)
6. Grant Status (Braden S)
a. Impact Fee and Infrastructure discussion
7. Fraud Risk Assessment - review and ratify (Dave S)
8. Status Report on Groundwater Management Plan and Groundwater Priority Analysis (Melanie M)
9. Board action on participating in the Mt. Nebo Voluntary Groundwater Management Plan (Braden S)
10. UMPA Project Status (Braden S)
11. Other Business
12. Next Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2024 (budget review only)
This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person.
