c) Proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Chapter 13 (Zoning
District Establishment) to include the Mixed Use District, as outlined in Chapter 19a.
d) Proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code Section 21.2.11
(Subdivision Regulations - Determination of Appropriate Process) to reference the correct Utah State

continue with the application submitted in 2022 and the City Codes in place at that time.
3. Discussion of proposed rezone of parcel 24-018-0-00R from zoning designation A-10 to MD, located at
approximately 791 N. Burmester Rd.
4. Discussion of the proposed Final plat for the Townhomes at Presidents Park, located at approximately 815
S. Washington Ave.
5. Discussion of the proposed Final plat for the Heritage Farms subdivision Phase 1, located on Mormon
Trail.
6. Consideration of the proposed plat amendment to vacate and amend lot 109 in Phase 1 of the Cherry Wood
Estates subdivision.
7. Consideration of the proposed plat amendment to lots 601 and 602 in the Cherry Grove subdivision, making
them into two buildable lots.
8. Consideration of the proposed plat amendment to parcel A in the Cherry Grove subdivision.
