NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SIENNA HILLS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 10, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on May 8, 2024.
2. Approve any outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.

1. Review financial statements for the Second Quarter 2024 with CLA.
