- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The HYDE PARK CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The HYDE PARK CITY tax on a $603,000 residence would increase from $330.99 to $365.15, which is $34.16 per year. - The HYDE PARK CITY tax on a $603,000 business would increase from $601.79 to $663.90, which is $62.11 per year - If the proposed budget is approved, HYDE PARK CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 10.39% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
